Which currency is used on 1st.shop?
All prices on 1st.shop are in USD.
When will my order arrive?
Due to high demand, please allow 10-15 business days for order processing. Allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

When will you restock items?
Never. All items are limited.
Can I return an item?
1st.shop will exchange an item for online store credits only. Before sending the item back, please contact support@1st.shop within 2 days of reception. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. We must receive the returned item within 7 days of return authorization. Please note Hats, Sale Items and Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom and duties:
Some orders will be subject to duties and custom fees and will be charged at reception. 1st.shop is not responsible for any extra fees after purchase.
