Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on your location and the products ordered.

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

In some cases, third-party fulfillment partners or suppliers may handle inventory storage and shipment on our behalf.

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors including:

  • Package dimensions

  • Weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier selection

  • Handling requirements

If an expedited shipping option is selected, additional shipping information may be provided after your order is placed.


Shipping Timeframes

All shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we aim to process most orders within 1–3 business days, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Product launches or limited releases

  • Seasonal demand

  • Carrier delays

  • Inventory shortages

  • Pre-orders or backordered items

  • Customs processing

  • Fraud verification procedures

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather conditions, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, or force majeure events.

During peak holiday periods — particularly November and December — order processing times may increase.


Pre-Orders & Limited Releases

Some products may be offered as pre-orders, limited editions, or exclusive releases.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are subject to change without notice. Delays related to manufacturing, fulfillment, customs, or logistics do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or liability unless otherwise required by law.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items in the order are available unless otherwise specified.


International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping where permitted by law and carrier availability.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Other charges imposed by local authorities

1ST has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost.

Customers are responsible for complying with all laws and import regulations applicable in their destination country.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are typically provided by email once an order has shipped.

Carrier availability and tracking visibility may vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses entered at checkout are accurate and complete.

1ST is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Failed deliveries caused by address errors

  • Re-routing fees

  • Additional shipping charges

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees before reshipment can occur.

We strongly recommend avoiding temporary delivery addresses whenever possible.


Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

Customers assume responsibility for any additional charges related to:

  • Refused shipments

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Returned-to-sender packages

  • Customs refusals

Returned shipments may be subject to return shipping costs, customs charges, restocking fees, or partial refunds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, 1ST is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible but cannot guarantee carrier resolutions.

If a replacement shipment is approved, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method used for the replacement.


Damaged Shipments

Although we take great care in packaging orders, damage during transit may occasionally occur.

Customers must inspect packages promptly upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photographs of:

    • The damaged item(s)

    • Packaging materials

    • Shipping label

Please do not discard damaged items or packaging unless instructed to do so.

We reserve the right to request return of damaged items before issuing replacements, refunds, or store credit.

Damage claims submitted after 7 days from confirmed delivery may not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.

If damage occurred due to circumstances outside our control, we reserve the right to deny replacement or refund requests.


Incorrect Items

If you believe you received an incorrect item, contact immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the received item

Please do not open, use, or alter items you believe were sent incorrectly. Opened items may not qualify for exchange, replacement, or refund.


Shipping Method Changes

In rare situations, the shipping option selected at checkout may be unavailable or insufficient for the requested service.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Adjust the shipping method

  • Request additional shipping payment

  • Contact you regarding alternative shipping arrangements

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if significant changes are required.


Fraud Prevention & Order Holds

For security purposes, some orders may be delayed, canceled, or held for additional verification if flagged for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment or cancel orders at our discretion.
